Corrective scope
- Burned Square D QO outdoor-lighting subpanel replaced with a 100-amp-rated Siemens panel.
- Existing #6 copper feeder retained on 60-amp protection after the measured-load verification.
- Neutral and equipment grounding conductors separated in the downstream panel.
- Two unused circuits removed from active service.
- Two 3-pole lighting contactors installed in a separate enclosure with a 2-pole control switch, so routine switching no longer happens at the breakers.
- Conductors reterminated, torqued, tested, and the work documented.
Outcome
- The damaged equipment is gone and the lighting panel is serviceable again.
- Routine lighting control now happens through contactors and a control switch instead of breaker operation.
- The panel reflects what is actually in service, with torque and testing documented for the property's records.
