Recessed LED can lights installed in a modern farmhouse kitchen ceiling

What's included

  • Recessed LED Can Lighting
New construction and retrofit cans laid out on a real lighting plan — even, glare-free coverage in kitchens, living rooms, and basements.
  • Ceiling Fans & Chandeliers
Heavy fans and chandeliers properly braced to the structure, dimmer-compatible, balanced and quiet.
  • Exterior & Landscape Lighting
Soffit lighting, path lights, uplights on trees and stonework, weatherproof junctions, low-voltage transformers.
  • Pole Barn & Shop Lighting
High-output LED panels in pole barns, garages, and detached shops — bright enough to actually work under.
  • Dimmers & Smart Switches
Lutron Caseta, Leviton Decora Smart, and standard dimmers wired to neutral so they actually work.
  • Old Fixture Removal
Boxes inspected and re-supported, splices remade, scorched wires cut back. Every fixture gets a real foundation.

A lighting upgrade changes the way a house feels more than almost any other electrical job. Old fluorescent boxes pulled out and replaced with a clean recessed layout. A worn-out 1990s brass chandelier swapped for something that fits the room. Dark exterior soffits lit up so the house has a face after sundown. Pole barns and shops that finally have enough lumens to see what you're working on.

We treat lighting as a real install, not a fixture swap. That means counting watts and lumens before we cut the first hole, picking color temperatures that match (2700K warm white for living spaces, 4000K neutral in shops, 5000K only where you actually need daylight), and using dimmers that match the driver type on the LED. A cheap dimmer on a $40 LED fan kit is the most common reason ceiling fans hum and flicker. We pick the right one.

We also rebuild what's behind the fixture. Old fan boxes get replaced with rated fan-support boxes. Crumbled bakelite cans get cut out and replaced with new rough-in cans wired to current code. Aluminum tap connections get redone with COPALUM or AlumiConn. Heavy chandeliers get hung from a real structural member, not just the drywall.

Service area includes Rogersville, Church Hill, Mount Carmel, Surgoinsville, Bulls Gap, Mooresburg, Kingsport, Morristown, Greeneville, and the surrounding East Tennessee communities.

How it works

Four steps. One licensed electrician.

  1. 01

    Lighting plan

Room-by-room layout — spacing, color temperature, and dimmer type before we cut a hole.

  2. 02

    Rough-in

New boxes, fan-rated braces, and homeruns pulled clean before drywall closes up.

  3. 03

    Fixture install

Cans, fans, and chandeliers hung level, terminated, and supported to the structure.

  4. 04

    Dim/scene tuning

Dimmers matched to LED drivers so nothing flickers, hums, or buzzes.
